Habitat

The Chapter owns a 6 foot no-till Truax drill that we let people use free of charge for Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) plantings. These are the acres we count as habitat. The Fallsville Wildlife Area manages the drill for us.The Chapter donated $5,000 to Habitat Share Program to State Pheasants Forever on April 21, 2015. By donating to this program, the money gets matched 1 to 4 through the Division of Wildlife federal funds. This program has done some of the work on habitat reports.
